MEDIA VISION RIGHTS & VISION SUPPLY

All on stage vision is licenced to the ARC Promoter

Use of on-stage vision is limited to 90 seconds maximum per individual clip, and clips cannot be split to create longer form content (eg. uploading five 60 second consecutive clips to create a five-minute package is forbidden).

Those wishing to create long-form content will need written approval from the ARC Promoter which may be subject to a separate licence fee.

As per previous years, competitors may pay a fee to access supplied vision from each event. Please contact the ARC Promoter for further details.

All competitors are welcome to bring their own video/content capture team to events, who must comply with the above vision restrictions. Those capturing content (vision or still images) on stage must be accredited for the Championship/each event.

As per the Sporting Regulations, all on-board vision must be made available to the ARC Promoter upon request, if this request is denied competitors will be referred to the Stewards.

Competitors may post their own on-board vision on their team/personal digital channels with no time limit restrictions.
