Competitors interested in competing in Subaru Rally Tasmania in June have until 7 June to confirm their entry in the next round of the CAMS Australian Rally Championship.
Returning to the calendar after a hugely successful 2018 edition, organisers have also released the first rally guide for the event, which also includes information about sea freight options for the journey to Australia’s southernmost state.
Another big crowd is expected to be on hand to witness the Super Special Stage at Inveresk in the heart of Launceston. The short, 900m course was popular with both fans and competitors alike, with thousands watching on as Australia’s best rally drivers put on a show.
On Saturday and Sunday, rally fans will be in for a treat with some exciting rally roads to host all the action in the forests surrounding the City of Launceston. The two heats will consist of tight and technical roads, as well as smooth and flowing roads utilised to showcase crews’ skills in the varying conditions.
The third round of the ARC will also be part of the FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship – Pacific Cup, CAMS Tasmanian Rally Championship and the Buckby Subaru RS Challenge.
