The Middle of Everywhere Gippsland Rally spectator guide will help fans prepare their weekends watching Australia’s best rally crews as part of the Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship.
The third round of the ARC will see a year-high 63 registered crews tackle challenging stages this weekend.
Crews will tackle 188 competitive kilometres across 16 stages throughout the course of the event, including the popular, but short, 950m hill climb stage.
See the full spectator guide here.
Fans coming to the Gippsland region will have multiple opportunities to see the cars in action with selected spectator points available on each day of competition.
On Friday, fans will have the opportunity to meet the teams and get an up-close look at the cars in the BSR Automotive Rally Show before their ceremonial start. Kicking off at 4pm, spectators will be able to enjoy a range of food trucks at Port of Sale before the ceremonial start at 6pm.
The best view of Saturday’s proceedings will be at the Cowwarr spectator point, with drivers passing west on Stoney Creek Road for the first stage at 9:53am, then again for the fifth stage at 1:46pm.
Sunday’s two passes of the Kennedys Flat spectator point will take place at 10:38am and 12:38pm, treating fans to plenty of action as drivers twist through a triangulation where Kennedys Flats and Coopers Road meet.
Food and coffee vendors will be stationed at both main spectator points, with The Middle of Everywhere spectator lounge available to fans at both sites.
Fans can then make their way to the Boisdale Hill Climb Track for the Galvaniize Insurance Power Stage to end the rally at 2.20pm on Sunday.
Similar to last year, Pedders Rally Central will be located at the Gordon Street Recreation Reserve in Heyfield.
The Middle of Everywhere Gippsland takes place from 9-11 August.
