2024 Adelaide Hills Rally: Spectator Guide

The Adelaide Hills Rally Spectator Guide is now available as fans prepare to watch Australia’s top rally crews as part of the Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship (ARC).

The fifth round of the championship will feature 23 ARC registered crews, out of a total field of 37 entrants, taking on challenging stages throughout the event in an exciting return to the Summit Sport and Recreation Park in Mount Barker.

Crews will cover 169 competitive kilometres across 18 stages, including the popular Callington Back stage.

In addition to the ARC, the event will also be hosting rounds two and three of the South Australian Rally Championship (SARC) and the South Australian Regularity Series (SARS) respectively.

Fans travelling to the Adelaide Hills region will have plenty of opportunities to witness the action, with designated spectator points available at each day of the event.

The action kicks off with Friday night’s Rally Show, welcoming competitors and fans to the heart of Mount Barker to view the cars and mingle with crews from 6pm onwards.

Saturday’s rallying kicks off at The Glen, where fans can watch the drivers tackle the first stage at 8:48am and again for the third stage at 10:54 am.

Sunday’s two passes of the Wattle Flat spectator point are scheduled for 1:38pm and 3:30pm, giving fans a thrilling vantage point as drivers navigate the final stages to wrap up an action-packed weekend.

As food and coffee vendors will not be available at the spectator points, fans are encouraged to pack their own refreshments before the action starts.

The Transport Festival located in South Terrace, Strathalbyn with cap off the event on Sunday afternoon, offering fans a chance to extend their rally experience and celebrate the spirit of motorsport.

The 2024 Adelaide Hills Rally will take place from 13-15 September around the council and shire roads of the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula regions.
