Special treat for Rally SA

Rally fans are in for plenty of action when the CAMS Australian Rally Championship (ARC) heads to South Australia for the 2018 BOTT Adelaide Hills rally.  

With the ARC fifth round to take place in the scenic Adelaide Hills, competitors will cover more than 200 competitive kilometres across one of Australia’s best wine regions.

History beckons in the first stage on offer to spectators, with The Bend Motorsport Park to host a mouth-watering Super Special Stage on Friday 21 September.

With competitors going head to head on the world-class track – two cars will be on the track at the same time – spectators will witness Australia’s best rally drivers show the power of rally cars as well as their their own individual skills. 

Following the Super Special Stage from 6pm until 9pm, competitors will transport back to the Adelaide Hills Rally Service Park to display their cars for fans. 

Individual tickets to The Bend begin from $20, while family tickets for two adults and two concessions are priced at $60. Children under 12 enter the event free.

Sunday sees two wineries offering special tickets allowing fans to get the ultimate Adelaide Hills experience during the rally. 

The Anderson Hill Special Stage Experience and Pike & Joyce Wines Special Stage Experience will provide fanswith good food and good wine while watching drivers compete around scenic South Australian stages. 

Both events commence at 12pm, with tickets to Anderson Hill Special Stage Experience $50 per person and tickets for the Pike & Joyce Wines Special Stage Experience tickets available at $95.00 per person.

For Spectators wanting to attend the special stages in and around the Adelaide Hills, spectating will be free. 

As well as the Australian Rally Championship, other competitions to take place during the three day event is AHR Classic Cup, the MRF South Australian Rally Championship and the SA Clubman Series
