Quit Forest Rally Event Director Ross Tapper said preparations for the event were coming together nicely for what is expected to be an exciting year in the Championship.
“We can’t wait to welcome teams, their support crews and their families to Western Australia in just two months,” Tapper said.
“Plenty of work has already gone in to make this event the best it can be for the teams, officials, fans and the industry in general, which has coincided with some of the exciting announcements regarding the Kumho Tyre Australian Rally Championship® made in previous months,” he continued.
Forest Rally organisers are encouraging interested teams to be aware of the school holiday dates and ensure they have their flights and accommodation organised as early as possible. Teams can contact organisers for a list of accommodation to assist them with their planning.
Alternatively they can contact Megan Griffiths from the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association on (08) 9780-5933 who is ready to help all rally people with their accommodation requirements.
The Quit Forest Rally will be held in Busselton and Nannup from the 22nd – 24th of April 2016.
