Quit Targa West Entries Close Soon

The countdown is on for QUIT Targa West, to be held in the City of Perth and the surrounding shires of Kalamunda, Chittering and Tooday, from the 4th – 7th September, 2008. Entries for this prestigious tarmac rally close next Friday, 15th September. In order to uphold the high level of competitor experience shown over the last few years, the event has restricted entries to 85 vehicles meaning there are now only a few places left available for interested crews.

Tasmanian Tarmac Challenge Wants ARC Status

Organisers of the Tasmanian Tarmac Challenge have put their hands up to host a round of the Australian Rally Championship in Burnie this year. The expression of interest to the Championship organiser, ARCom, follows the cancellation of this year’s Rally of Melbourne, round five of the national series, which was scheduled for October 18-20.
