Rallycorp Pty. Ltd. is the company that has been licensed by the Australian Motor Sports Commission (AMSC), the commercial arm of the Confederation of Australian Motorport (CAMS), to promote and develop the commercial rights of the Australian Rally Championship.

Rallycorp is a unit trust, owned by the following unit holders:
Australian Motor Sports Commission 37.3%
Host Broadcaster (Currently Network 10) 10.5%
Australian Rally Sport Promotions Pty Ltd 37.3% *1
Australian Rally Teams Discretionary Trust 14.9% *2
*1: This is a private company, in which all shared are owned by Stephen Ashton. This company was formed to raise the initial loan that was used to establish Rallycorp.
*2: These units are held in the trust and are not yet allocated.
No distributions have been made to unit holders to date, although the AMSC receives income via commission payments in return for the commercial rights of the ARC.
